Westok Cellular Floor beams with their inherent ability to achieve economic long spans allowed the removal of the central line of columns providing a highly desirable and future proof column free internal office space with the grid opened out to 16m x 9m (from 8m x 9m original).

Despite the long span the beam depth was only 580mm, and cell elongations provided integrated services within the structural zone.

One of the key architecturally defining features of the 10 storey building was significant perimeter cantilevers ranging from 3.4m to 4.4m on the upper floors comprising Westok beams with moment connections
