Frequently Asked Questions

Infills – Don’t Cellular Beams require lots of infilled cells at the ends and for incomimg connections?

A well designed cellular beam should require no or insignificant infilling.
Roofbeams should require no more than a partial infill at each end, and incoming bracing should easily be accommodated without infilling.

Secondary floor beams should require no more than one infill in every other beam.
Westok’s range of solutions for primary beams again require no or minimal infilling.
Westok Advisory Engineers are on hand to minimise infilling for your designs.
